The concepts of s-symmetry and c-symmetry of a flat plate are studied. A sufficient criterion is established for the coincidence of the center of c-symmetry of a flat convex plate with the origin, which is an analogue of the previously obtained criterion for the case of s-symmetry. An example of applying the new criterion is considered.
