The work considers the connection of rheological properties of three-phase disperse systems with capillary adhesion and on this basis the possibility of directional regulation of rheological properties of raw mixtures for production of building materials is justified. It is shown that rheological properties of two-phase disperse systems are determined mainly by action of intermolecular forces in liquid-filled contact zones of solid phase particles, and in three-phase systems – by action of capillary adhesion forces.
