Abstract

The problem of reliable and efficient power supply to municipal consumers can be solved by modeling and prognostic planning of consumption centers development. Analysis of statistical and forward-looking information allows planning of intra-city power supply network, identifying of emerging consumer clusters, and pursue an energy-saving policy in relation to distribution networks.
